DMCA / Copyright & Content Removal Policy
Although AIMSI’s Website is not primarily a user-generated content platform, if you do host any content submitted by users (such as testimonials, blogs or community forums) you should include a policy for copyright infringement.
Notice of copyright infringement

Counter-notification
If you receive a removal notice and you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:
Your contact details;
Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake;
A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Philippines courts (or other stated jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process.
Response & repeat infringer policy
We will remove or disable access to infringing content promptly upon receiving a valid notice. We may terminate or suspend access for repeat infringers.
International scope
While the term “DMCA” originates in U.S. law, we adopt a similar notice/takedown system worldwide to respect copyright and intellectual property rights of third parties.
