You will be the primary source of support and guidance for our applicants and workers as they navigate the recruitment and deployment process. You are the listener, the counselor, and the communicator—ensuring every worker feels supported, informed, and respected.
Your general oversight will involve proactively addressing worker concerns, ensuring compliance with welfare standards, and serving as the empathetic point of contact throughout the entire deployment journey. You will ensure that our zero-fee pledge is matched by zero stress related to personal and logistical issues.

1. Core Qualification
Academic Foundation: Must be a College Graduate (any course of study will be considered). What matters most is your critical thinking ability and professional maturity.
