Before recruitment begins, AIMSI verifies and validates the Job Order from the foreign employer. This includes checking the Special Power of Attorney, Manpower Request, Employment Contract, and business registration documents authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Labor Office.
Using AIMSI’s extensive manpower pool and nationwide recruitment network, qualified applicants are sourced through:
- Local job postings and career fairs
- Accredited provincial recruitment partners
- Digital platforms and social media campaigns
- Employee referral programs
Applicants are interviewed by AIMSI recruitment officers to assess:
- Educational background and work experience
- Communication skills and attitude
- Overall suitability for the requested position
Candidates undergo trade tests conducted by accredited testing centers to validate their technical abilities and job-specific skills (e.g., welding, electrical work, caregiving, cooking, driving, etc.).
Shortlisted candidates are endorsed for final evaluation through interviews conducted by the foreign employer (in-person or online). AIMSI assists in scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
Applicants who pass the employer interview are referred to DOH-accredited medical clinics for a complete physical and laboratory check to ensure they are fit for overseas employment.
AIMSI verifies all credentials — including employment history, training certificates, clearances (NBI, Barangay), and passport validity — to ensure authenticity and compliance with DMW (Department of Migrant Workers) standards.
Qualified and medically fit candidates attend a mandatory orientation to understand:
- Employment terms and country-specific labor laws
- Cultural adaptation and work ethics
- Rights and responsibilities as Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
AIMSI assists workers in preparing and processing all necessary documents — visa, OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate), insurance, and flight arrangements.
Upon completion of all clearances, AIMSI facilitates departure and provides airport assistance, ensuring a smooth transition to their destination country. Post-deployment monitoring ensures worker welfare and continuous employer satisfaction.
