Once deployed, our dedicated welfare officers track each worker’s status through coordination with employers, host agencies, and Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO). This ensures timely intervention and assistance when needed.
We provide direct support to workers facing issues such as contract disputes, workplace challenges, health concerns, or repatriation needs. AIMSI works hand-in-hand with DMW and the Philippine Embassy to guarantee protection and fair treatment for every worker abroad.
In cases of emergency or contract completion, AIMSI assists in safe and organized repatriation — including flight coordination and document processing. For returning workers, we guide them through reintegration programs to help them plan their next step, whether that means another job opportunity or a fresh start at home.
We keep communication lines open. Our AIMSI support team maintains constant contact with both workers and employers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and smooth resolution of concerns — because transparency builds trust.
