Yes. AIMSI is a POEA/DMW-licensed recruitment agency authorized to deploy Filipino workers abroad. We strictly follow all regulations set by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) to ensure ethical and lawful recruitment.
You may visit our office at 1020 Saint Jude Building, General Malvar Street, Malate, Manila or send your updated résumé and credentials to aimsi.anchor@gmail.com. You can also check our official website or Facebook page for current job openings.
Applicants usually need the following:
Updated résumé or curriculum vitae or bio-data
Valid passport
Certificates of employment or training
Diploma or TESDA certificate (if applicable)
NBI clearance and other government IDs
Specific job categories may have additional requirements.
Placement fees depend on the destination country and position, following DMW-approved guidelines. AIMSI is transparent with all costs — no hidden charges. Some countries even require “No Placement Fee” policies, which we strictly observe.
AIMSI only partners with accredited and reputable foreign employers. We coordinate closely with the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) and DMW to ensure that your contract is verified and your rights are protected before deployment.
AIMSI has successfully deployed workers to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Norway, and more. Our goal is to open more opportunities across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the U.S.
We recruit skilled and professional workers across many sectors such as:
Construction & Engineering
Oil & Gas
Healthcare
Hospitality & Tourism
Manufacturing & Maintenance
Household and Caregiving Services
The processing time depends on the employer’s requirements, visa procedures, and government clearances. On average, it takes 1–3 months from selection to deployment, provided all documents are complete.
You can verify any job posting or offer by contacting AIMSI directly or checking our official DMW license and job orders on the DMW website. Avoid unauthorized recruiters or fake offers — AIMSI does not conduct recruitment via social media DMs or personal accounts.
The recruitment process timeline varies depending on the job category, employer requirements, and documentation readiness. On average, processing and deployment can take 4 to 8 weeks after the candidate completes all necessary documents and passes employer interviews and medical examinations.
If an employee experiences issues such as contract violations, maltreatment, or unsafe working conditions, they should immediately contact the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) or the nearest Philippine Embassy/Consulate for assistance. They can also reach out to AIMSI’s support team, which can help coordinate with POEA and relevant government agencies to ensure the worker’s safety and legal protection.
