OUR HIRING PROCESS
AIMSI’s hiring process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and candidate-focused, ensuring that every applicant is carefully evaluated and matched with the right opportunity. From screening to deployment, AIMSI upholds the highest standards of professionalism and compliance to guarantee a smooth and reliable recruitment experience.
Mechanical engineers work to design, develop, build, test, and maintain a vast array of mechanical and thermal devices and systems. Their roles are incredibly diverse, spanning numerous industries and involving everything from tiny components to large-scale machinery and power plants.
Caregivers working, particularly those balancing paid employment with unpaid family care, face significant challenges including emotional stress, financial strain, and work-life balance conflicts. They make up a large portion of the workforce, and their dual roles can lead to career disruptions and health issues if adequate support is not available.
Electrical engineers design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacture and installation of electrical systems and equipment across a vast range of industries. Their work can range from designing large-scale power grids to developing microchips for consumer electronics.
Waiters are customer service professionals in the food and beverage industry responsible for enhancing the guest dining experience. Their primary duties involve a sequence of tasks from greeting customers to processing payments.

Bartenders typically work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules can vary, but full-time bartenders often work around 40 hours per week, with shifts commonly lasting between 8 and 12 hours, including setup and cleanup time. Part-time work is also very common.
Household workers typically work around 8 to 10 hours per day, with a maximum of 45-48 hours per week in many places, and are legally entitled to one paid rest day per week and daily rest periods.
